Patuá Dance was nominated for a National Lottery Award for its successful mixed abilities and art form project ‘We are All in the Same Boat!’, which culminated in a performance in 2005 at the Wales Millennium Centre and the Riverside Centre in Newport with a cast of 180 young people.

Michael Harvey teaches and demonstrates to teachers of Portuguese as a Second Language in the University [UFRGS] how to use storytelling in second language teaching.
Michael collaborates with Dr. Ricardo Barberena (doctor in Brazilian Literature) in lectures about the Shakespearean theatre, the construction of narrative and orality and are discussing Dr. Barberena’s visits to Wales. [picture [...]
